Legal Disclosures::

Ownership of Translated Documents: By signing this contract client and/or representative is responsible for payment. All translations are the property of CISFL Translations until payment is received. CISFL grants permission for the client to use the translation during the 30 day interim of awaiting for payment to arrive.

Errors: All translators and interpreters are qualified to interpret, translate and edit the documents. Documents will be accurate and have the style of the translator and editor. Any small corrections in syntax will be corrected by CISFL if they apply.

Mediation: If there is a disagreement about the contents or accuracy of the translations an unbiased third party will be hired. If the translations are accurate the payment to that third party will be paid by the client. If there are gross errors in translation, CISFL will correct them and pay for the mediator. Syntax and style does not constitute an incorrect translation. Only incorrect terms, words not spelt correctly and incorrect words in translation constitute an inaccurate translation.

Glossary Requirements: There are many ways to translate a document and not all parties may agree to a translators individual word choice. Therefore CISFL Translations may require that the end-user have a contact in the target country that will approve of the particular technical terms and a glossary of terms will be created and approved of during the translation process. This may or may not delay the delivery date of the translation.

Contact Person: Client agrees that they will have a contact person for CISFL to communicate with and that the availability of that person may delay the delivery of translation. CISFL is not responsible for any delays caused by the non-availability of the clients contact to respond in due time to the requests made by CISFL Translations

This document is a valid and binding contract between the company listed above and CISFL Translations. The following stipulations regarding the relation between the above listed client and CISFL Translations will adhere once CISFL begins the project and will continue.

All translators and interpreters have a non-circumvent agreement with CISFL and contacting them for future work is against regulations. The above listed client agrees to a non-circumvent clause which prevents them for contacting any translator or interpreter in the future, whose relationship began through this contract, without owing a commission to CISFL Translations. This commission fee is based upon the rate paid by the client and what CISFL Translations paid their translators and interpreters for this contract. The percentage rate difference is due to CISFL for any project in the future if the client contacts the translator or interpreter independently.

By signing below the client agrees to the above stipulations. During a contract if the client is in receipt of the names, addresses, phone numbers or e-mails of any of the translators and interpreters they agree not to use them/contact them outside of this contract without specific written permission from CISFL Translations. These individuals may not be contacted without CISFL Translations having full knowledge of the action.
